Shurwayne "Heartthrob of Soca" Winchester began his musical career as a youngster competing in numerous calypso tents in both Trinidad and

Tobago. In 1997, Shurwayne caught the attention of Andy Joseph and soon began recording with Traffik. Shurwayne went on to paint musical pictures with his monster hit Get Out of My Dreams. That was just the beginning for Shurwayne who has gone on to win awards including Male Vocalist of the Year.

Sean Caruth, former member of the bands Xtatik, Taxi and Atlantik, brings a wealth of experience and talent to Traffik. Sean and Shurwayne together with Eddie Charles and the tantalizing Lisa Romany generate sheer excitement each time they step on stage. Behind the show-stopping performances of this dynamic quartet are the classic choreographed dance routines of the horn section. This is a show within itself. Kernal Roberts, the band's drummer and son of the late Lord Kitchener, has been known to delight the crowds by re-enacting some of his father's most memorable performances.

The talent and energy of this exciting band will surely propel them to even higher heights of success in the years to come. It will be interesting to see what they produce for their 20th anniversary.
